What does a plumbing consultant do?
A plumbing consultant designs a building's water supply and drainage: tanks, pumps, pipe sizes, hot water generation, soil and waste stacks and stormwater. The design shows the route and size of every pipe and the calculations behind them.
We hand approved designs to our plumbing contracting team when you want one company to build it. Sprinklers and hose reels are designed by our fire fighting consultants.

How do you size a water tank for a building?
From the number and type of occupants and fixtures, the daily demand per person, and the storage period required. We show the calculation so it can be checked.
Can you fix low water pressure by design?
Usually. We check the pump duty, pipe sizes and pressure zones, then recommend the smallest change that solves it.
Do you design grease traps for restaurants?
Yes. We size the interceptor to the kitchen's fixtures and flow and show its location and access for cleaning.
Is fire fighting part of plumbing design?
