We arrange our engineering services the way projects are actually bought. When you need something worked out, drawn and justified to an authority, start with engineering consultants. When you need it supplied, installed and tested, go to engineering contracting. Most disciplines sit in both lists because we do both, and the same engineers follow a job from calculation to commissioning.

What engineering services does Solve Tech Vision offer?

As contractors we install, test and commission MEP, industrial automation, ELV, home automation, acoustic and BMS works, plus structural engineering and fuel oil systems.
Can one company be both consultant and contractor?
Yes, as separate appointments. You can use us for design only, installation only, or both where a single point of responsibility suits the project. The consultancy team gives independent advice either way.
Which service should I start with?
If you have no approved design yet, start with consultancy. If you have approved drawings and need the work built, go straight to contracting. If something existing is failing, ask for a site survey and we will tell you which applies.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual maintenance is available for MEP, ELV, BMS and automation systems, including ones we did not install, after an initial condition survey.
Where do you work?
Mainly in Dubai and across the UAE, with support for projects elsewhere in the GCC.
