Do ELV systems need approval in Dubai?
Fire alarm and other life-safety systems are reviewed by the relevant authorities, such as Civil Defense, so drawings and installation must meet their requirements. We prepare the submissions and support inspections.
Can the systems be integrated?
Yes. Designing CCTV, access control, fire alarm and networks together lets them share cabling and rooms, and lets an event on one system trigger action on another where the project needs it.
Can you take on just one ELV system?
Yes. Many clients start with CCTV or access control and add other systems later. We plan cabling with the future in mind so you are not paying twice.
Who connects my office fire alarm devices to the tower panel?
Usually the building's appointed fire alarm contractor makes the final connection and programming at the main panel, while the fit-out contractor installs and wires the devices in the unit. We coordinate both sides and the joint test.
