How much does an MEP contractor charge in Dubai?
It depends on the size of the space, the specification and the programme, so we don't quote from a rough per-square-foot figure. We survey the site, review your drawings and send an itemised price you can compare line by line.
Can you work from another consultant's drawings?
Yes. We regularly install to approved drawings from other consultants. If we spot a clash or a buildability problem, we raise it early with a proposed fix instead of building around it.
Do you take care of DEWA and Civil Defense inspections?
We prepare the works for inspection, arrange and attend the visits and close out any comments. Which approvals apply depends on the project, and we'll tell you at the survey stage what to expect.
What MEP works does a Downtown Dubai restaurant need?
Typically kitchen exhaust with grease filtration or an ecology unit, make-up air, gas detection, grease interceptors, increased electrical load for cooking equipment and fire suppression over the cooking line, as well as the dining area HVAC and lighting.
