How much does an MEP contractor charge in Dubai?

Can you work from another consultant's drawings?
Yes. We regularly install to approved drawings from other consultants. If we spot a clash or a buildability problem, we raise it early with a proposed fix instead of building around it.
Do you take care of DEWA and Civil Defense inspections?
We prepare the works for inspection, arrange and attend the visits and close out any comments. Which approvals apply depends on the project, and we'll tell you at the survey stage what to expect.

Common causes are a dirty or undersized fan coil unit, a blocked condensate drain, poor chilled water supply from the building, or leaking ductwork above the ceiling. We check the unit and measure supply temperatures before suggesting a fix, so you do not replace equipment that is not the problem.
