Automation Installation & Commissioning in Dubai
Systems installed, tested and proven on site, with your operators trained before we leave.
What is automation commissioning?
Commissioning is the process of proving that an installed control system does what it was designed to do. It includes checking wiring and I/O, testing loops and interlocks, running sequences with real equipment, closing punch-list items and demonstrating the system to the client before formal handover.
Programming is covered by PLC programming services and screens by SCADA and HMI systems. After handover, our troubleshooting team supports the plant.
Commissioning is where good design meets real equipment, and it goes smoothly when the groundwork is done. We check panels and field wiring point by point, test loops and interlocks, and run acceptance tests against a written procedure so everyone agrees what finished means.
We can carry out factory acceptance tests (FAT) at the panel builder and site acceptance tests (SAT) once everything is connected. If you're bringing a system from another supplier, we can commission it, or independently check it.
Handover isn't just a signature. You receive the final program and screen backups, as-built drawings, I/O lists and test records, and your operators are trained on the actual system. Need changes later? See our PLC programming and SCADA services.
What's included
Panel and field installation checks
Wiring, earthing, labelling and I/O verified point by point.
Loop and interlock testing
Every signal and safety interlock proved before equipment runs.
FAT and SAT
Written test procedures, witnessed tests and signed results.
Start-up support
Engineers on site while the plant ramps up, adjusting and fixing as issues appear.
Punch-list close-out
Open items tracked and closed, not left to email chains.
Training and handover
Operator and maintenance training, backups, drawings and records.
When to call us
You don't need a finished brief. If any of these sounds familiar, let's talk.
- New equipment or a new line is arriving and needs controls installed and proven.
- A control panel was built off-site and needs to be integrated and tested.
- A previous commissioning stalled or left open issues.
- You want independent checking before you accept a system from a supplier.
How we work
Understand the process
We capture how your plant runs, the I/O and the reporting you need.
Design and programme
We design the control architecture and write the PLC and SCADA logic.
Test before site
We test the logic and screens off-line before anything is installed.
Commission and support
We commission with your operators, train them and stay available afterwards.
Where we work
- Manufacturing
- Oil and gas
- Water and utilities

Installation & Commissioning questions, answered
What's the difference between FAT and SAT?
A factory acceptance test (FAT) checks the control panel and software at the builder's workshop before it ships. A site acceptance test (SAT) repeats the important checks once everything is installed on site with real equipment.
Can you commission equipment supplied by another company?
Yes. We can commission it or check it independently, and give you a clear list of anything that needs fixing before you accept it.
How long does commissioning take?
It depends on the size of the system and how ready the site is. After reviewing the scope we give you a programme, and tell you what needs to be in place for it to hold.
Will you train our operators?
Yes. Operators and maintenance staff are trained on the real system as part of handover.
What is a loop test?
A check of every signal from the field device to the PLC and the SCADA screen: a transmitter is simulated or moved and the value is confirmed at each point, and every output is driven to see the valve or motor respond. It proves the wiring and the scaling before the process runs.
What documents do we receive after commissioning?
Signed I/O and loop test sheets, FAT and SAT reports, the final program and SCADA backups, as-built drawings, the punch list with its close-out and the training attendance record.
