What does Solve Tech Vision LLC do?

Solve Tech Vision LLC is an engineering company in Dubai, founded in 2012, that works as both consultant and contractor. It designs and installs MEP systems, ELV and security systems, building management systems, industrial automation and acoustic and noise control solutions, plus structural and fuel oil works.

Can I hire you for design only, or installation only?

Yes. Our engineering consultants and our contracting teams are separate appointments. You can use one, the other, or both when you want a single company responsible from calculation to handover.

Do you prepare drawings for DEWA, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence?

Yes. Our design packages and calculations are prepared for review by DEWA, Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence where they apply, and we answer the comments that come back. On the contracting side we support the site inspections that follow.

Which areas do you cover?

Our office is in Deira and most projects are in Dubai, including Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JLT and Al Quoz. We also work across the UAE and support projects elsewhere in the GCC.

How fast will I get a quote?

An engineer replies to every enquiry within one working day. Simple jobs can be priced from photos and drawings; larger ones usually need a site survey first, after which you receive an itemised quotation and a programme.

What should I send with my enquiry?

The site location, the type of building, any drawings or BOQ you have and your target dates. If something is not working, photos or a short video help. If you are unsure what you need, describe the problem and we will suggest the right starting point.

Do you offer maintenance after handover?

Yes. Annual maintenance contracts are available for the MEP, ELV, BMS and automation systems we install, and for existing installations after an inspection.
