Industrial Automation work in Downtown Dubai

Downtown Dubai's towers, hotels and retail podiums run large plant: pumps, generators, fuel systems, car park ventilation and district cooling interfaces. Operators expect continuous service, so control upgrades must be planned around live systems. Solve Tech Vision applies industrial automation methods, with tested changeover plans, backups and clear documentation, to keep that plant controlled and visible to the facility team.

See industrial automation contracting, VFD installation and BMS contracting.

Every plant has a story: a control system added in stages, a panel nobody has drawings for, an alarm everyone has learned to ignore. We start by understanding how your process really runs, then design controls to fit it, rather than forcing a generic template on it.

What's included

PLC programming

Clear, documented control logic written for your process and tested before installation.

SCADA and HMI screens

Operator screens, alarms and trends that show people what they need when they need it.

Control panel design and build

Panels designed for the process, the environment and the maintenance team.

Installation and commissioning

I/O checks, loop tests, acceptance tests and operator training on site.

Industrial Automation in Downtown Dubai: questions, answered

What's the difference between a PLC and SCADA?

A PLC controls machines and processes directly. SCADA is the supervisory layer that shows the process to operators, records data and raises alarms. Most plants use both.

Can you take over a system someone else programmed?

Yes. We start with a review: we back up the program, read the logic, check the panel drawings and tell you honestly what's in good shape and what isn't. Then we can support it as it is or plan a phased upgrade.

Can you upgrade an old control system without long shutdowns?

Often, yes. We plan the changeover in stages, test off-line where possible and schedule cut-overs for planned downtime.

How do you upgrade controls on plant that cannot stop?

By working in stages: install new hardware alongside the old, test it offline, then switch over one system at a time during agreed low-demand windows, with a fallback ready. Redundant pumps and generators make this possible without losing service.
