Industrial Automation in Dubai Marina
Pump, plant room and generator controls for Dubai Marina towers and hotels, integrated with the BMS and documented for the facility team.
Industrial Automation work in Dubai Marina
In Dubai Marina towers, automation work centres on the plant that keeps residents comfortable: water booster sets, transfer pumps, car park ventilation, generators and their fuel systems. When a controller fails or a pump set is upgraded, the controls must be changed without cutting water to hundreds of apartments. Solve Tech Vision plans these upgrades around the building and integrates the new controls with the BMS.
See industrial automation contracting and VFD installation for pump drives.
Every plant has a story: a control system added in stages, a panel nobody has drawings for, an alarm everyone has learned to ignore. We start by understanding how your process really runs, then design controls to fit it, rather than forcing a generic template on it.
What's included
PLC programming
Clear, documented control logic written for your process and tested before installation.
SCADA and HMI screens
Operator screens, alarms and trends that show people what they need when they need it.
Control panel design and build
Panels designed for the process, the environment and the maintenance team.
Installation and commissioning
I/O checks, loop tests, acceptance tests and operator training on site.

What's the difference between a PLC and SCADA?
A PLC controls machines and processes directly. SCADA is the supervisory layer that shows the process to operators, records data and raises alarms. Most plants use both.
Can you take over a system someone else programmed?
Yes. We start with a review: we back up the program, read the logic, check the panel drawings and tell you honestly what's in good shape and what isn't. Then we can support it as it is or plan a phased upgrade.
Can you upgrade an old control system without long shutdowns?
Often, yes. We plan the changeover in stages, test off-line where possible and schedule cut-overs for planned downtime.
Why do booster pumps in residential towers keep tripping?
Common causes are a failing pressure transducer, drive or controller settings that cause short cycling, worn pumps or air in the system. We check the controls and the hydraulics together, because replacing a pump will not fix a control fault.
